Snow Daze
Light glistens off the trees and the fresh snow off Bogus Basin road. The original painting featured extensive vine charcoal work as well as oil paint, making it a play of contrast between the raw, velvety charcoal and the luscious, bright oil paint. An alternative name to this painting that was suggested to me explains its location: "Slow Vehicle Turnout"
