Ice Harbor Dam is one of the four lower Snake River Dams whose fate is being debated in light of warming waters, waning salmon returns, and questionable efficacy in creating power. I was invited to create a painting of each of the four lower Snake River Dams for a show titled "Dams: Reservoirs,Reclamation, Renewal" at the Sun Valley Museum of Art.
